摘 要:【目的】实现生活垃圾焚烧底渣的再生利用,改善沥青路面的路用性能。【方法】通过室内试验评价城市生活垃圾焚烧(municipal solid waste incineration,MSWI)底渣与石灰岩机制砂性能的差异,分析MSWI底渣等质量替代机制砂的可行性;通过配合比设计确定MSWI底渣掺量分别为0.0%、10.0%、20.0%和30.0%时,AC-16C沥青混合料的矿料级配及最佳油石比;对不同MSWI底渣掺量的AC-16C沥青混合料分别进行了高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂以及抗水损害等路用性能的研究。【结果】当MSWI底渣掺量为10.0%时,沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力最优;当MSWI底渣掺量为20.0%左右时,沥青混合料的低温抗开裂能力最优;当MSWI底渣掺量为10.0%时,沥青混合料的水稳定性能最优。【结论】MSWI底渣沥青路面的初期建设成本比较低。[Purposes]The paper aims to improve the road performance of asphalt pavement and realize the recycling of domestic waste incineration bottom slag.[Methods]The difference between municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)bottom slag and limestone machine-made sand was evaluated through laboratory test,and the feasibility of replacing machine-made sand with MSWI bottom slag was analyzed;Through the mix proportion design,the mineral aggregate gradation and the optimum oil-stone ratio of AC-16Casphalt mixture were determined when the MSWI bottom slag contents were 0%,10%,20%and 30%,respectively;The road performance of AC-16Casphalt mixture with different MSWI bottom slag contents was studied,such as high-temperature rutting resistance,low-temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance.[Findings]When the content of MSWI bottom slag is10%,the high-temperature rutting resistance of the mixture is the best;When the content of MSWI bottom slag is 20%,the low-temperature cracking resistance of the mixture is the best;When the content of MSWI bottom slag is 10%,the water stability of the mixture is the best.[Conclusions]The initial construction cost of MSWI bottom slag asphalt pavement is lower.
