病理实验室生物安全现状分析及防护策略探讨

摘　　要：病理实验室主要对患者或实验动物病变的器官、组织、细胞、体液及分泌物等标本进行观察研究,这些标本可能充斥着大量的病原微生物,在日常工作中,病理工作人员由于频繁接触这些标本,容易造成自身感染,还可能引发传染病的流行。伴随着越来越严峻的新冠疫情形势,病理实验室的生物安全管理面临着全新考验,有必要强化其生物安全管理。本文简要分析了目前国内病理实验室生物安全现状,总结了日常工作中相对突出的生物安全管理问题,并提出了一些改善病理实验室生物安全管理的措施。The pathology laboratory mainly observes and studies the diseased organs,tissues,cells,body fluids,secretions and other samples of patients or experimental animals.These samples may be filled with a large number of pathogenic microorganisms.In daily work,due to frequent contact with these samples,the pathology staff are easy to cause their own infection,which may also lead to the prevalence of infectious diseases.With the increasingly severe situation of COVID-19,the biosafety management of pathology laboratory is facing a new test,it is necessary to strengthen its biosafety management.This paper briefly analyzed the current situation of biosafety in domestic pathology laboratories,summarizes the relatively prominent biosafety management problems in daily work,and puts forward some measures to improve the biosafety management in pathology laboratories.
