摘 要:在碳钢表面制备铝涂层,可以有效提升碳钢的硬度、抗高温氧化性和耐腐蚀性等。目前,热喷涂渗铝被广泛使用在化工、冶金、电力、石油等行业。介绍了热喷涂渗铝的工艺,分析了热喷涂渗铝的机理,综述了碳钢工件热喷涂渗铝后的性能,最后对热喷涂渗铝工艺的发展趋势进行了探讨和展望。The preparation of aluminum coating on the surface of carbon steel can effectively improve the hardness, high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of carbon steel. At present, the thermal spraying aluminizing is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, electric power, petroleum and other industries. The process of thermal spraying aluminizing was introduced, the mechanism of thermal spraying aluminizing was analyzed, and the properties of carbon steel workpiece after thermal spraying aluminizing were summarized. Finally, the development trend of thermal spraying aluminizing process was discussed and prospected.
