摘  要:为探究17-4PH钢的化学成分与材料力学性能和微观结构的关系,基于17-4PH钢的强化机理,分析不同化学元素含量的17-4PH钢材料的力学性能和微观组织。通过试验观测结合分析结果,确定一种17-4PH钢材料中合金化学成分的最优比例,为新型沉淀硬化钢的合金设计提供可参考的数据。为获得不同化学成分下材料的力学性能,拟采用特定热处理方式,分别以Cr、Ni、Nb元素含量为单一变量,观测单一变量为不同质量百分比浓度时材料的力学性能和微观组织变化,确定17-4PH钢中这些合金元素的最佳含量。结果表明:一定含量的Cr和Ni元素有助于提高材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度及硬度;Nb元素有助于提高材料的耐腐蚀性和抗冲击性,但Nb易于偏析。确定了一种17-4PH钢合金成分中Cr、Ni、Nb元素含量的最优含量分别为:Cr15.3wt%、Ni4.4wt%和Nb0.21wt%。To investigate the relationship between the chemical composition of 17-4PH steel and the mechanical properties and microstructure of the material, the mechanical properties and microstructure of 17-4PH steel materials with different chemical element contents based on the strengthening mechanism of 17-4PH steel was analyzed. Through experimental observations combined with analytical results, the optimal ratio of alloying chemical composition in a 17-4PH steel material was determined to provide reference data for the alloy design of new precipitation-hardening steels. In order to obtain the mechanical properties of the material with different chemical compositions, it is proposed to determine the optimal content of these alloying elements in 17-4PH steel by using a specific heat treatment with the content of Cr, Ni and Nb elements as a single variable and observing the mechanical properties and microstructural changes of the material when the single variable is a different mass percentage concentration. The results show that a certain content of Cr and Ni elements help improve the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of the material;Nb elements help improve the corrosion resistance and impact resistance of the material, but Nb is easy to segregation. The comprehensive above can determine an alloy composition of Cr, Ni, Nb elements content of the best content are: Cr14.5wt%, Ni4.4wt% and Nb0.21wt%.
