摘  要:通过对普通钢管进行自蔓延高温处理,制备了自蔓延高温内衬陶瓷管。采用化学分析、硬度计、密度计、XRD和耐磨设备等对该陶瓷管进行研究。结果表明,经自蔓延处理后的油管耐酸度为86%、密度为3.605 g/m^(3);陶瓷成分主要组成为Al和Fe的化合物,耐磨性能优异。By self-propagating high temperature treatment for common steel tubing, the self-propagating high temperature ceramic-lined composite tube was prepared. The ceramic-lined composite tube was researched by chemical analysis, hardness tester, densitometer, XRD and wear-resistant equipment. The results show that the acid resistance and the density of self-propagating tube is 86% and 3.605 g/m^(3). The composition of the ceramics is mainly composed of Al and Fe compounds,and it has excellent wear resistance.
