摘  要:通过对K648母合金进行真空感应熔炼浇注成梅花试样,开展不同固溶时间、不同固溶温度对K648高温合金显微组织的影响规律研究,观察不同固溶条件下材料的显微组织演化行为。结果表明:延长固溶时间在一定程度上改善固溶处理的效果,但即使固溶8 h也并不能完全有效地降低晶界处析出相的尺寸及含量。适当提高固溶温度(1200~1220℃)有利于降低K648合金枝晶间及晶界处析出相的含量,实现基体内针状α相弥散强化和晶界处析出相强化的最佳配比,使材料具备良好的综合性能。Through vacuum induction melting and pouring of K648 master alloy into plum blossom samples, the effects of different solution time and solution temperature on the microstructure of K648 super alloy were studied, and the microstructure evolution behavior of the material under different solution conditions was observed. The results show that prolonging the solution time can improve the effect of solution treatment to a certain extent, but it can not completely and effectively reduce the size and content of precipitates at the grain boundary. Properly increasing the solution temperature to1200-1220℃ is conducive to reduce the content of precipitates between dendrites and grain boundaries of K648 alloy, and realize the optimum ratio of needle shape α in the matrix phase dispersion strengthening and precipitated phase strengthening at grain boundary making the material have good comprehensive properties.
