摘 要:研究了不同碳含量1.06%、1.09%、1.16%和1.24%的过共析钢晶界渗碳体的析出规律。热模拟结果表明,当碳含量从1.06%提高到1.24%时,抑制晶界渗碳体产生的最低冷速则由15℃/s增加到30℃/s;工业热轧试验中,当碳含量由1.06%提高到1.24%时,单位面积晶界渗碳体长度从9.0×10^(5)μm/mm^(2)增大到6.17×10^(6)μm/mm^(2),盘条面缩率由24%下降到14%;热轧盘条盐浴处理结果显示,当碳含量由1.06%提高到1.24%时,抑制晶界渗碳体析出的盐浴温度由450~600℃减少到450℃以下,形成索氏体组织且没有析出晶界渗碳体的最大碳含量为1.09%,最高盐浴温度为500℃。The precipitation of grain boundary cementite for hypereutectoid steels with different carbon contents of 1.06%, 1.09%, 1.16% and 1.24% were investigated. The thermal simulation results show that the minimum cooling rate for inhibition the formation of grain boundary cementite increases from 15 ℃/s to 30 ℃/s when the carbon content increases from 0.96% to 1.24%. In industrial hot rolling test, when the carbon content increases from 1.06% to 1.24%, the grain boundary carbonbon length per unit area increases from 9.0×10^(5)μm/mm^(2) to 6.17×10^(6)μm/mm^(2), the reduction of area of the steel wire rod decreases from 24% to 14%. The results of hot rolled strip salt bath show that the salt bath temperature decreases from 450℃-600 ℃ to below 450 ℃, when the carbon content increases from 1.06% to 1.24%. The maximum carbon content of the best microstructure(sorbite without grain boundary cementite) of the steel wire rod is 1.09% and the maximum salt bath temperature is 500℃.
