摘 要:聚合物弱凝胶具有耐盐性好、油藏适应性强和深部液流转向效果明显等优点,可用于中低渗高盐油藏,油田应用增油降水效果明显。通过室内模拟实验进行了聚合物溶液与聚合物弱凝胶渗流特性对比,结合稀释后分子聚集体尺寸变化规律分析了弱凝胶与聚合物溶液渗流特性差异及作用机制。结果表明:稀释作用对聚合物溶液和弱凝胶中分子聚集体尺寸影响存在不同变化趋势。对于聚合物溶液,随聚合物质量浓度降低,分子聚集体尺寸减小;与聚合物溶液相反,随聚合物质量浓度降低,弱凝胶中分子聚集体尺寸逐渐增加。在渗流特性实验中,聚合物弱凝胶阻力系数7.22,残余阻力系数18.89,二者绝对值较大且残余阻力系数大于阻力系数,表现出独特渗流特性;在后续水驱阶段,聚合物溶液压力呈现下降趋势,而聚合物弱凝胶压力却继续呈现上升趋势。Polymer weak gel has the advantages of good salt resistance, strong reservoir adaptability and obvious deep fluid flow effect. It can be used in medium-low permeability and high salt reservoirs, and the oil field application has obvious effect of increasing oil and dewatering. In this paper, the seepage characteristics of polymer solution and polymer weak gel were compared by indoor simulation experiment, and the difference of seepage characteristics of weak gel and polymer solution and the mechanism of action were analyzed combined with the size change rule of molecular aggregates after dilution. The results showed that the effects of dilution on the size of molecular aggregates in polymer solution and weak gel had different trends. For polymer solution, the size of molecular aggregates decreased with the decrease of polymer mass concentration. In contrast, with the decrease of polymer concentration,the size of molecular aggregates in weak gel gradually increased. In the experiment of seepage characteristics, the resistance coefficient of polymer weak gel was 7.22, and the residual resistance coefficient was 18.89. The absolute value of residual drag coefficient and drag coefficient was large, and the residual resistance coefficient was larger than the resistance coefficient, showing unique seepage characteristics. In the subsequent water flooding stage, the polymer solution pressure showed a downward trend, while the polymer weak gel pressure continued to show an upward trend.
