摘  要:中相微乳液相行为及增溶能力主要受油、无机盐、表面活性剂及助表面活性剂组分的影响,本实验在油水体积比1∶1与1∶2两种不同条件下,使用石油磺酸盐加乳化剂质量配比为4∶1总质量分数为0.3%,并以总质量分数为0.2%和0.4%作为对照组,利用Winsor相图盐度扫描法探究了中相微乳液相态特征的变化,并评价其增溶性能。结果表明:在油水体积比1∶1条件下所形成的中相微乳液远大于油水比1∶2条件下形成的;随着表面活性剂质量分数的增加,形成中相微乳液所需Na Cl质量分数越低,“盐宽”范围变大且中相微乳液体积增加。随着Na Cl质量分数的增加,表面活性剂的亲油性逐渐增强,增溶参数增加。The phase behavior and solubilizing ability of the mid-phase microemulsion are mainly affected by the components of oil, salt, surfactant and co-surfactant. The mass ratio of sulfonate and emulsifier was 4∶1, the total mass fraction was 0.3%, and the total mass fraction was 0.2% and 0.4% as the control group, the Winsor phase diagram salinity scanning method was used to explore the phase change of the mid-phase microemulsion in state characteristics and evaluate solubilization properties. The results showed that the mid-phase microemulsion formed under the condition of oil-water ratio of 1∶1 was much larger than that formed under the condition of oil-water ratio of 1∶2;With the increase of surfactant mass fraction, the mass fraction of NaCl required for the formation of mid-phase microemulsion had the lower range, the "salt breadth" range was the larger, and the increased volume of the mid-phase microemulsion also was the larger. With the increase of NaCl mass fraction, the lipophilicity of the surfactants gradually increased, and the solubilization parameters increased.
