摘 要:近年来,随着勘探开发进程的深入开展,多数油田开发进入中后期,流体注入、酸化、压裂等增产改造措施得到广泛应用,越来越多的井却出现了环空带压,因此现有固井质量的评价方法已经不能满足实际需求,实现准确定量评价水泥环胶结质量是解决问题的关键。基于声波测井原理,室内制作Ⅰ、Ⅱ界面不同环空微间隙的水泥环模型模拟现场井下情况,利用水泥环声波测井固井质量评价装置,采用CBL/VDL的组合方式采集聚合物水泥声波测井曲线,对所测声波幅值通过二项式拟合,构建微环隙大小与一二界面固井胶结质量、封隔能力的关系曲线版图,并提出了Ⅰ、Ⅱ界面水泥环微环隙大小与水泥石胶结质量评判依据。In recent years, with the in-depth development of exploration and development process, most oil fields have entered the middle and late stage of development, and stimulation and transformation measures such as fluid injection,acidification and fracturing have been widely used. However, annulus pressure has appeared in more and more wells.Therefore, the existing evaluation methods of cementing quality can not meet the actual needs, the key to solve the problem is to accurately and quantitatively evaluate the cementing quality of cement sheath. Based on the principle of acoustic logging, the cement sheath models with different annulus micro gaps at interface Ⅰ and Ⅱ were made indoors to simulate the downhole situation. The cement sheath acoustic logging cementing quality evaluation device was used to collect the polymer cement acoustic logging curve in the combination of CBL/VDL. The measured acoustic wave amplitude was fitted through binomial formula to construct the relationship between the size of micro annulus and the cementing quality of interface Ⅰ and Ⅱ, sealing capacity, and the evaluation basis of cement sheath micro annulus size and cement stone cementation quality at interface Ⅰ and Ⅱ was put forward.
