摘  要:以双酚A、双酚芴和三光气为原料,采用界面缩聚法制备双酚A/双酚芴共聚碳酸酯。考查了催化剂用量、三光气用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对产物相对分子质量和玻璃化转变温度的影响,得到最佳的反应条件。红外吸收光谱验证了产品结构,旋转黏度计测量产品黏度并计算黏均相对分子质量,自制膨胀计测定产物的Tg。结果表明:新制备的共聚碳酸酯具有更好的耐热性。调整双酚A和双酚芴的比例,得到一系列耐热性能好的共聚碳酸酯,扩展了聚碳酸酯的应用领域。Using bisphenol A(BPA), 9,9-Bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene(BHPF)and triphosgene as raw materials, the BPA/BHPF copolycarbonate was prepared by the interfacial polycondensation method. The effects of catalyst dosage,triphosgene dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on molecular weight and glass transition temperature were investigated to obtain the optimal reaction conditions. Infrared absorption spectroscopy verified the product structure.The product viscosity was measured by the rotational viscometer,and the viscosity average molecular weight was calculated. The self-made dilatometer was used to determine the glass transition temperature of the product, which indicated that the newly prepared copolycarbonate had good heat resistance. By adjusting the ratio of BPA and BHPF,A series of polycarbonate with good heat resistance were obtained, which expanded the application field of polycarbonate.
