摘 要:针对城市污水经过生化处理后出水水质状况较差的问题,以离子交换树脂为主要原料,通过引入磁性粒子,制备了一种新型磁性离子交换树脂MCR-1,并评价了其对城市污水的处理效果。结果表明:城市污水经过磁性离子交换树脂MCR-1吸附处理后的COD值、色度值、总氮值和总磷值均明显降低,水质指标得到明显改善,其最佳工艺参数为:磁性离子交换树脂MCR-1的加量为2.5%,反应时间为30min,污水初始p H值为8。在此工艺参数下出水水质可以达到最佳,COD值可以降低至17.6mg·L^(-1),色度值降低至5,总氮值降低至8.5 mg·L^(-1),总磷值降低至0.2 mg·L^(-1)。将磁性离子交换树脂MCR-1吸附与混凝处理相结合能够进一步地降低城市污水中各项污染物的含量,混凝剂SPFS的加入可以有效提高磁性树脂的吸附处理效率。In view of the poor effluent quality of urban sewage after biochemical treatment, a new magnetic ion exchange resin MCR-1 was prepared by introducing magnetic particles with ion exchange resin as the main raw material, and its treatment effect on urban sewage was evaluated. The results showed that the COD value, chromaticity value, total nitrogen value and total phosphorus value of urban sewage after adsorption treatment with magnetic ion exchange resin MCR-1 were significantly reduced, and the water quality index was significantly improved. The optimum process parameters were as follows: the dosage of magnetic ion exchange resin MCR-1 was 2.5%, the reaction time was 30 min, and the initial pH value of sewage was 8. Under these process parameters, the effluent quality reached the best, the COD value was reduced to 17.6 mg·L^(-1), the chromaticity value was reduced to 5, the total nitrogen value was reduced to 8.5 mg·L^(-1), and the total phosphorus value was reduced to 0.2 mg·L^(-1). The combination of magnetic ion exchange resin MCR-1 adsorption and coagulation treatment could further reduce the content of pollutants in urban sewage. The addition of coagulant SPFS effectively improved the adsorption treatment efficiency of magnetic resin.
