重油催化裂化停工过程烟气达标排放的控制探讨

摘  要:催化烟气中含有大量的粉尘、氮氧化物和二氧化硫等物质,直接排放会污染大气。各催化装置现已都有脱硫脱硝设施,经过烟气脱硫脱硝设施后,烟气得到净化,达标排放。但在停工过程中,由于再生器主风量的变化,导致烟气中粉尘大幅度波动;随着进料量的变化,导致再生烟气的组成发生变化;净化烟气中的氮氧化物、粉尘很难达标。催化裂化装置在停工过程中,由于检修工期短、烟气净化难度大、操作不平稳等原因,在停工过程很难保证烟气达标排放。以往停工过程,当余热炉过热蒸汽温度难以维持时,将催化烟气直接改至放空,排入大气中,对环境造成污染;本次停工过程中,尝试烟气不放空,而是将烟气净化后排入大气,最终实现整个停工过程烟气达标排放。Catalytic flue gas contains a large amount of dust,nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide and so on.Direct discharge, pollution of the atmosphere. Now,each catalytic device has desulfurization and denitration facilities, after flue gas desulfurization and denitration facilities, the flue gas is purified, standard discharge. However, in the process of shutdown, the dust in the flue gas fluctuates greatly due to the change of the main air volume of the regenerator. The composition of recycled flue gas changes with the change of feed quantity. Nitrogen oxides and dust in flue gas are difficult to reach the standard.During the downtime of RFCC,because of the short maintenance,the difficuty of flue gas purification and unstable operation.It is difficult to ensure the standard discharge of flue gas in the process of shutdown.In the past shutdown process, when the superheated steam temperature of the waste heat furnace is difficult to maintain,the catalytic flue gas will be directly changed to vent, discharge into the atmosphere, causing environmental pollution;In the process of the shutdown, the attempt is not to empty the flue gas, but to purify the flue gas back into the atmosphere, and finally achieve the whole shutdown process of flue gas emission standards.
