摘  要:在聚酯的合成过程中加入中国台湾丰阳公司提供的纳米添加剂,制备生物波聚酯切片、纤维和织物。考察了纳米添加剂对聚酯酯化和缩聚反应的影响;对生物波聚酯切片进行了热重分析;利用小试纺丝机进行了生物波聚酯切片纺丝试验,考察了可纺性及牵伸性能;测试了生物波聚酯织物的抗紫外线性能。结果表明:中国台湾丰阳公司提供的纳米添加剂对聚酯酯化和聚合过程无影响;制备的生物波聚酯切片可纺性良好;织物的抗紫外性能达到50+。In the process of polyester synthesis, the nano-additives provided by China Taiwan Fengyang Company are added to prepare bio-wave polyester, fiber and woven. The effects of nano-additives on esterification and polycondensation of polyester were investigated. The thermogravimetric analysis of bio-wave polyester chips was carried out. The spinning test of bio-wave polyester chips was carried out using a small test spinning machine, and spinnability and drafting properties were investigated. UV resistance of biowave polyester fabrics was tested. The results show that the nano-additives provided by China Taiwan Fengyang Company have no effect on the esterification and polymerization processes;the prepared bio-wave polyester chips have good spinnability;the UV resistance of the fabric reaches 50+.
