摘　　要：简要分析了产品认证和管理体系认证作为不同认证类别间结合审核的背景和政策依据,以汽车产品强制性产品认证工厂检查为例,将工厂检查条款要求与GB/T 19001质量管理体系标准进行对比分析,明确了可结合审核的条款或需要补充审核的内容。This study briefly analyzes the background and policy basis of product certification and management system certification as combined audit in different certification fields.Taking the factory inspection of compulsory product certification of automobile products as an example,the author compares the requirements of factory inspection terms with GB/T 19001 quality management system standard,and defines the terms that can be combined with audit or the contents that need to be supplemented.
