摘 要:采用人工控制杂交授粉方法,对梓属植物楸树、梓树和灰楸杂交育种的杂交亲和力及杂交种实变异情况进行研究的结果表明,不同交配系统间、不同杂交组合间杂交结实率差异显著,杂交结实率为0~73.33%,梓×楸和楸×灰楸交配系统具有较高的杂交结实率;种间结实率(34.70%)要高于种内结实率(1.11%),自交授粉和部分种内杂交授粉均未获得果实,存在自交不亲和和部分种内杂交不亲和现象;不同杂交组合种实性状蒴果长、蒴果宽、果柄长、种子饱满率、千粒重、种子长、种子宽、发芽率存在显著性差异;研究父母本效应时发现两者对杂交结实率和杂交种实性状的影响也均存在显著性差异,因此,杂交制种时两者均应注意选择。The hybridization affinity and hybrid seed variation of Catalpa bungei,C.ovata and C.fargesii were studied by artificial control of cross pollination.There were significant differences in seed setting rate between different mating systems and different cross combinations of the same mating system.The hybrid seed setting rate was between 0%and 73.33%.The mating system of Catalpa.ovata×Catalpa bungei and Catalpa bungei×C.fargesii had higher hybrid seed setting rate.The interspecific seed setting rate(34.70%)was higher than the intraspecific seed setting rate(1.11%),and no fruit was obtained by self-pollination and partial intraspecific hybridization.There were significant differences in seed traits of different hybrid combinations,such as capsule length,capsule width,fruit stalk length,seed plumpness,1000-grain weight,seed length,seed width and germination rate.
