人民民主专政与当代中国政治制度  

The People’s Democratic Dictatorship and the Contemporary Chinese Political System

摘　　要：人民民主专政源于马克思为实现世界无产阶级的政治解放所提出的“民主”或者“工人阶级专政”这一总方案。人民民主专政就是中国特色的“工人阶级专政”或者“无产阶级专政”,而“工人阶级专政”或者“无产阶级专政”就是当代中国的人民民主专政。人民民主专政在当代中国政治制度中具有基础性、决定性和关键性,或者说基础性、决定性和关键性等就是对作为政治制度的人民民主专政的地位与功能所进行的最一般表达。就此而言,人民民主专政就是总的政治制度或者政治制度中的制度。人民民主专政作为总的政治制度能直接孕育出根本政治制度、基本政治制度和重要政治制度,而根本政治制度、基本政治制度和重要政治制度又能衍生出具体政治制度。这就是人民民主专政与当代中国政治制度之间的内在关联。正确把握这种关联,对于更精准把握当代中国政治制度确立的基本逻辑和更有效推进新时代我国政治制度的自我完善和发展而言具有十分重要的理论意义。The people’s democratic dictatorship originates from the general scheme of “democracy” or “working class dictatorship” put forward by Marx to realize the political liberation of the world proletariat.The people’s democratic dictatorship is the “working class dictatorship” or “proletarian dictatorship” with Chinese characteristics,and the “working class dictatorship” or “proletarian dictatorship” is the people’s democratic dictatorship in contemporary China.The people’s democratic dictatorship is fundamental,decisive and critical in the contemporary Chinese political system,which in other words is the most general expression of the status and function of the people’s democratic dictatorship as a political system.In this regard,the people’s democratic dictatorship is the general political system,or the system within the political system.As a general political system,the people’s democratic dictatorship can give birth to the fundamental political system,basic political system and important political system while the specific political systems can derive from the fundamental political system,basic political system and important political system.This is the internal relationship between the people’s democratic dictatorship and the political system of contemporary China.To grasp the internal relationship correctly is of great theoretical significance in grasping the basic logic of the establishment of contemporary Chinese political system more accurately and promoting the self-improvement and development of Chinese political system more effectively in the new era.
