摘 要:目的比较高分辨率CT(HRCT)靶扫描和靶重建技术对肺结节的诊断价值。方法123例肺结节患者均使用常规胸部CT扫描条件进行胸部CT检查,在发现肺结节后行靶扫描和靶重建,扫描视野(FOV)设为10 cm、20 cm,分别测量结节周围CT值和SD均值,计算信噪比(SNR),并利用统计学方法进行比较分析。结果靶扫描的SD均值低于靶重建,SNR、主观评分均高于靶重建,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);FOV设为10 cm、20 cm的组间SD均值及SNR差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);FOV设为10 cm时的图像质量主观评分(10.43分)优于FOV设为20 cm(9.35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论高分辨率CT靶扫描相较于靶重建能更清晰地显示结节边缘及内部结构,小FOV会在一定程度上改善图像质量。Objective To compare the diagnostic value of high resolution CT(HRCT)target scanning and target reconstruction in pulmonary nodules.Methods 123 patients with pulmonary nodules were examined by conventional chest CT scanning conditions,after finding pulmonary nodules,target scanning and target reconstruction were performed.The scanning field of view(FOV)was set to 10 cm and 20 cm,and the CT mean values and SD mean values around the nodules were measured respectively,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)was calculated,and compared SD and SNR with statistical methods.Results SD mean of target scanning was lower than that of target reconstruction,and the SNR and subjective score were higher than that of target reconstruction,with statistical significance(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in SD mean and SNR between groups with FOV of 10 cm and 20 cm(P>0.05).The subjective score of image quality when FOV was set at 10 cm(10.43 points)was better than that when FOV was set at 20 cm(9.35 points),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with target reconstruction,high-resolution CT target scanning can show the edge and internal structure of nodules more clearly,and small FOV can improve the image quality to some extent.
