摘 要:利用超声表面滚压技术对ASTM A572 Gr65钢表面进行滚压处理,结合红外热像法探究了超声表面滚压处理对材料疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:滚压处理后,疲劳过程中试样表面温度变化规律与未滚压处理的相同;经超声表面滚压处理,试样的表面性能得到改善,近表面晶粒细化,材料的疲劳性能显著提升。利用红外热像法得到滚压后材料的疲劳极限为515 MPa,与未滚压的423 MPa相比提高了21.7%;传统S-N曲线法得到疲劳极限由458 MPa提高到531 MPa,提高了16%。The surface of ASTM A572 Gr65 steel was treated with ultrasonic surface rolling technology, and combined with infrared thermal imaging method, the effects of ultrasonic surface rolling treatment on the fatigue properties of the material were explored. The results show that the samples have the same surface temperature change law as the untreated samples during the fatigue process, the surface properties of the samples improves, the near-surface grains are refined, and the fatigue property of the material is significantly improved. The fatigue limit of the rolled material obtained by the infrared thermal imaging method is 515 MPa, which is increased by 21.7% compared with the untreated 423 MPa. The fatigue limit obtained by the traditional S-N curve method increases from 458 MPa to 531 MPa, which is increased by 16%.
