摘 要:针对1Cr17Ni2马氏体不锈钢钣金零件在制造过程中表面发黑锈蚀等问题,开展了原材料冶炼成分控制、真空退火工艺,零件热处理、成型工艺等试验,通过进行δ-铁素体含量、显微硬度、金相组织的分析检测,制定了工艺优化措施。结果表明,控制Cr和Ni化学成分、采取真空退火工艺、真空气淬热处理工艺、新增磁力抛光等措施,提高了零件的表面抗腐蚀性能。Aiming at the problems of surface blackening and rusting of 1Cr17Ni2 martensitic stainless steel sheet metal parts during manufacturing process, the test of raw material smelting component control, vacuum annealing process, parts heat treatment, forming process were carried out. By analyzing and testing the δ-ferrite content, microhardness and metallographic structure, the process optimization measures were worked out. The results show that the surface corrosion resistance of the parts is improved by controlling Cr and Ni chemical composition, adopting vacuum annealing process, vacuum quenching heat treatment process, adding magnetic polishing and so on.
