摘 要:氧化亚氮(N_(2)O)与CO_(2)、CH4组成三大温室气体,其全球增暖潜能是CO_(2)的310倍,是臭氧层破坏的元凶之一。目前工业应用的N_(2)O分解催化剂技术掌握在国外供应商手中,国外催化剂的使用给我国N2O排放相关企业带来较高的成本压力。本文以Fe/Beta分子筛为催化剂,考察了在不同温度、不同模拟气的条件下,NO、水汽、NH_(3)等对反应性能的影响。试验表明,NO、NH_(3)可促进N_(2)O分解,提升催化剂的性能;水汽对反应具有阻碍作用,在同时存在NH3的条件下阻碍作用不明显。Fe/Beta分子筛展现出良好的应用前景,相关性能的测试研究方法有待进一步开发。Nitrous oxide(N_(2)O),CO_(2) and CH_(4) are three major components of greenhouse gas.Nitrous oxide(N2O)has 310 times of global warming potential than that of CO_(2),it is one of the culprits of the destruction of the ozone layer.Nowadays,the N2O decomposition catalyst technology for industrial applications is in the hands of foreign suppliers,and the use of foreign catalysts brings high costs to local N_(2)O emission-related enterprises.In this paper,Fe/Beta molecular sieves were used as catalysts to investigate the effects of NO,water vapor,NH_(3),etc.on the reaction performance under different temperatures and simulated gas conditions.Results show that NO and NH_(3) can promote the decomposition of N_(2)O and improve the performance of the catalyst;water vapor has a hindering effect on the reaction,and the hindering effect is not obvious in the presence of NH_(3) at the same time.Fe/Beta molecular sieves show good application prospects and the testing research methods of related performance which need to be developed in the further.
