摘　　要：目的探讨自行设计的多功能颈托在颈椎病人中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2021年10月我院骨科收治的55例颈椎病人纳入对照组,佩戴普通颈托进行颈部制动;2021年11月至2021年12月收治的63例颈椎病人纳入观察组,使用多功能颈托进行颈部制动。比较两组病人佩戴颈托的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、皮肤压力性损伤发生情况以及满意度。结果观察组与对照组VAS评分分别为(1.03±1.07)分和(3.69±0.89)分,皮肤压力性损伤发生率分别为0和7.27%,满意度得分分别为(8.25±1.46)分和(6.17±1.05)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论多功能颈托能提高颈椎病人舒适度、降低皮肤压力性损伤的发生、提高病人满意度,使用方便,临床实用性强。Objective To explore the effect of self-made multifunctional neck bracket in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Methods Totally,55 patients with cervical spondylopathy in our hospital admitted from September 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the control group,and 63 patients with cervical spondylopathy admitted from November 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The observation group was given multifunctional neck bracket,and the control group given ordinary neck bracket.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,incidence of skin pressure injury and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores in the observation group and the control group were 1.03±1.07 and 3.69±0.89,the incidence of skin pressure injury was 0 and 7.27%,and the satisfaction scores were8.25±1.46 and 6.17±1.05,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional neck bracket can improve the comfort level and satisfaction of cervical spondylopathy patients and reduce the incidence of skin pressure injury.It is easy to use and practical.
