摘  要:以督导教师学生三位一体、协同推进为切入点,充分发挥督导、教师和学生的积极作用,形成督导教师学生三位一体的协同组织与管理机制,深化教学改革,提高人才培养质量。结合上海交通大学航空航天学院的教学实际,根据专业课程教学理论与实践需要,有机集成督教学三个中心环节,充分发挥督导、教师和学生的积极作用,建立基于新教学模式体系的理论与实践相结合、层次分明又高度协调的教学督导模式。Taking the trinity and collaborative promotion of supervisors,teachers and students as the starting point,we give full play to the positive role of supervisors,teachers and students,and form a collaborative organization and management mechanism of the trinity of supervisors,teachers and students,so as to deepen teaching reform and improve the quality of talent training.Combined with the teaching practice of School of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Shanghai Jiaotong University,according to the teaching theory and practical needs of professional courses,this paper organically integrates the three central links of supervision and teaching,gives full play to the positive role of supervisors,teachers and students,and establishes a teaching supervision mode based on the new teaching mode system,which combines theory and practice,is clear-cut and highly coordinated.
