摘  要:随着我国“碳达峰、碳中和”发展策略的提出,以风电为代表的新能源发电是未来电力系统的重要发展趋势。针对此问题,以长期的风电场容量投资成本和运行成本之和的总成本为上层优化目标,以短期系统运行成本为下层优化目标,构建了考虑阶梯型风机容量的风电场双层规划模型,使规划结果更贴近实际工程应用。最后以某新能源发电系统为例,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。With the proposal of the development strategy of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"in China,new energy power generation represented by wind power is an important development trend of power system in the future.Aiming at this problem,taking the total cost of the sum of long-term wind farm capacity investment cost and operation cost as the upper optimization objective and the short-term system operation cost as the lower optimization objective,a bi-level programming model of wind farm considering stepped fan capacity is constructed to make the planning results closer to the actual engineering application.Finally,a new energy power generation system is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
