摘　　要：电费回收是电力企业的一项重要经济来源,影响着企业的正常生产经营。面对近年来部分用电客户拖欠电费的情况,华阳新材料科技集团有限公司发供电分公司结合远程预付费售电系统的特点及功能,投运了一套基于GPRS信道的远程预付费系统。主要阐述了远程预付费售电系统的原理及功能,并就某用户通断电控制原理进行了详细介绍。Electricity fee collection is an important economic source of electric power enterprises,which affects the normal production and operation of enterprises.In view of the arrears of some power customers in electricity charges in recent years,the power generation and supply branch of Huayang New Material Technology Group Co.,Ltd.has put into operation a set of remote prepayment system based on GPRS channel in combination with the characteristics and functions of remote prepayment management system.The principle and function of the remote prepaid electricity sales management system,and the power-on-off control principle of a user are introduced in detail.
