摘 要:目的:建立高分辨连续光源和石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定水中的银的方法研究。方法:石墨炉测定干净水体,直接过滤进样,并选用磷酸二氢鞍为基体改进剂,灰化温度600℃,原子化温度1800℃;高分辨连续光源测定废水样品,用HNO_(3)-H_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O_(2)-HClO_(4)消解,选择燃烧头高度6 mm,乙烘流量50 L/h,3像素积分点等仪器参数进行样品测定。结果:银线性相关系数厂均在0.999以上,准确度和精密度均在4%以内,加标回收分别在91.3%〜102%和91.8%〜108%范围内。结论:本次实验对测定地表水、饮用水、废水中的银提供了可靠的途径,为银污染治理和净水器产品的检验和改良提供数据支撑。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of silver in water by high-resolution continuous light source and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer.Methods:Clean water was determined by graphite furnace,and the sample was directly filtered and injected.Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was selected as matrix modifier.The ashing temperature was 600℃and atomization temperature was 1800℃;The waste water sample was determined by high-resolution continuous light source,digested with nitric acid-sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide-perchloric acid,and the instrument parameters such as combustion head height of 6 mm,acetylene flow rate of 50 L/h and 3 pixel integral point were selected for sample determination.Results:The linear correlation coefficientr of silver was above 0.999,the accuracy and precision were within 4%,and the recoveries were in the range of 91.3%〜102%and 91.8%-108%respectively.Conclusion:This experiment provides a reliable way for the determination of silver in surface water,drinking water and wastewater,and provides data support for the treatment of silver pollution and the inspection and improvement of water purifier products.
