摘 要:以聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇(PPCD)、4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、丁酮肟和乙二胺为主要原料,制备PPCD型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂(PPCDWPU)。采用丁酮肟作为封端剂,分别加入15%、20%、25%、30%和35%(物质的量浓度)的封端剂,同时调节后扩链剂的加入量,控制水性聚氨酯乳液的分子量,从而研究水性聚氨酯乳液分子量对胶粘剂剥离强度、拉伸强度以及吸水率等的影响。研究结果表明:封端比例在25%时,PPCD-WPU的粘接强度最高,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)基材的剥离力和剥离强度分别达到51.91 N和2.08 N/mm,吸水率最低为5.83%;加入质量分数为5%的HDI三聚体固化剂后,剥离力和剥离强度分别达到89.93 N和3.60 N/mm,初始粘接强度基本达到使用要求。PPCD-based waterborne polyurethane adhesive(PPCD-WPU)was prepared by using polypropylene carbonate diol(PPCD),4,4’-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI),2,2-dihydromethylpropionic acid(DMPA),butanone oxime and ethylene diamine(EDA)as main raw materials.Butanone oxime was used as the end capping agent,15%,20%,25%,30% and 35% of the end capping agent(mass concentration)was added respectively and the amount of post chain extender was adjusted to control the molecular weight of waterborne polyurethane emulsion.Therefore,the influence of the molecular weight of waterborne polyurethane emulsion on the peel strength,tensile strength and water absorption of the adhesive was studied.The research results showed that when the end capping ratio was 25%,the bonding strength of PPCD-WPU was the highest,the peel force and peel strength to polyvinyl chloride(PVC)substrate reached 51.91 N and 2.08 N/mm respectively,and the lowest water absorption was 5.83%.After adding 5%(mass fraction)of HDI trimer curing agent,the peel force and peel strength reached 89.93 N and 3.60 N/mm respectively,and the initial bonding strength basically met the requirements of application.
