装配式建筑用改性环氧树脂弹性密封胶的研制

摘　　要：在室温固化环氧树脂体系中,引入端硅烷改性的聚环氧丙烷树脂(MS树脂),配合硅烷偶联剂制备出了一种双组分常温固化的防水弹性密封材料。详细讨论了不同MS聚合物以及不同配比对粘接金属和聚酯塑料的剪切强度以及耐水性的影响。研究结果表明:当环氧树脂与MS树脂的质量比为1∶6时,所制备的密封胶对聚酯塑料的粘接耐水性较好。该密封胶为装配式建筑提供了简单快捷的施工工艺,不用底涂即可对水泥基材形成极强的粘接,而且耐水和耐霉变性能优异。在降低制造成本的同时,粘接部位具有优异的抗冲击、抗震等特性。In the room temperature curing epoxy resin system,a kind of two-component room temperature curing waterproof elastic sealing material was prepared by introducing terminal silane modified polypropylene oxide resin(MS resin)with silane coupling agent.The effects of different MS polymers and different ratios on the shear strength and water resistance of bonded metal and polyester plastic were discussed in details.The research results showed that when the mass ratio of epoxy resin to MS resin was 1∶6,the prepared sealant had excellent water resistance to polyester plastic.The sealant provided a simple and fast construction process for prefabricated building.It could form strong bonding to the cement substrate without primer,and had excellent water resistance and mildew resistance.While reducing the manufacturing cost,the bonding part had excellent impact resistance,shock resistance and other characteristics.
