42%噁草酮·莎稗磷·西草净乳油的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：为了实现产品生产与质量控制,建立了同时测定42%噁草酮·莎稗磷·西草净乳油中噁草酮、莎稗磷和西草净的高效液相色谱分析法。该方法以甲醇和水为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,使用clipse Plus C_(18)为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在波长240 nm对试样中的噁草酮、莎稗磷和西草净进行高效液相色谱分离和分析,以外标法定量。结果表明,噁草酮为0.2281~0.5323 mg/mL、莎稗磷为0.5449~1.2715 mg/mL、西草净为0.3189~0.7442 mg/mL时,它们的线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9997和0.9994,标准偏差分别为0.055、0.129和0.065,变异系数分别为0.58%、0.69%和0.54%,平均回收率分别为99.9%、98.6%和100.0%,该方法具有简便、快速、准确度高等特点,可以满足噁草酮、莎稗磷和西草净的定性和定量分析。A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of oxadiazon,anilofos and simetrynin in the formulation product of oxadiazon·anilofos·simetryn 42%EC.The sample was extracted by methanol,then separated and analyzed quantitatively on clipse Plus C_(18) column and UV detector at 240 nm,using methanol and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.The results showed the linear correlation coefficients of oxadiazon,anilofos and simetrynin were 0.9998,0.9997 and 0.9994,the standard deviations were 0.055、0.129 and 0.065,the variation coefficients were 0.58%,0.69%and 0.54%,the average rates were 99.9%,98.6%and 100.0%respectively when oxadiazon、anilofos and simetrynin were in the rang of 0.2281~0.5323,0.5449~1.2715 and 0.3189~0.7442 mg/mL.The method is simple,quick,accurate,and suitable for the analysis of oxadiazon,anilofos and simetrynin in the mix formulation products.
