产教融合下高职大数据技术专业人才培养改革探索——以苏州市职业大学大数据技术专业为例

摘　　要：产教融合是现阶段高职院校人才培养的组成元素。文章首先介绍了产教融合下大数据技术专业人才培养的研究现状,从获取专业就业岗位信息不够、产教融合在课程体系建设中实施不到位、缺乏企业案例教学资源库、课程教学内容与行业需求匹配度不高4个方面指出了产教融合下大数据技术专业人才培养当前存在的问题,最后提出了产教融合下大数据技术专业人才培养改革对应的实施路径。The integration of production and education is an integral element of talent training in higher vocational colleges at this stage.The article first introduces the research status of the training of big data technology professionals under the integration of industry and education,and points out the current problems of the training of big data technology professionals under the integration of industry and education from four aspects:insufficient information on professional employment,inadequate implementation of the integration of industry and education in the construction of the curriculum system,lack of enterprise case teaching resource base,and low matching between the curriculum content and industry needs.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding implementation path of the training reform of big data technology professionals under the integration of industry and education.
