出口产品质量与中国城市绿色转型发展——基于绿色全要素生产率的研究

摘　　要：出口贸易高质量发展既是中国对外贸易发展进入新时期的战略抉择,更是实现经济高质量发展的重要举措。为了探究出口高质量发展是否能够作为推动中国城市绿色转型发展的新途径,基于2003—2018年中国264个地级及以上城市面板数据,测算了城市出口产品质量及绿色全要素生产率指数,实证检验了出口产品质量发展对中国城市绿色发展的影响效应。结果表明,出口产品质量发展显著促进了城市绿色全要素生产率提升,其重要作用机制是产业升级,且环境规制与企业家精神起到了显著正向调节作用。但分样本考察环境规制的调节作用发现,资源型城市的环境规制弱化了出口产品质量对绿色全要素生产率的促进作用。As China’s foreign trade development enters a new stage,the high-quality development of export trade is not only a strategic choice for China’s development in the new era,but also an important measure to achieve high-quality economic development.In order to explore whether high-quality export development can be used as a new way to promote the green transformation and development of Chinese cities,and based on the data of 264 Chinese cities from 2003 to 2018,this paper measures the quality of urban export products and the green total factor productivity index,and empirically tests the impact of the development of export product quality on the green development of Chinese cities.The results show that the development of export product quality has significantly promoted the improvement of urban green total factor productivity,and its important mechanism is industrial upgrading,and environmental regulations and entrepreneurship have played a significant positive regulatory role.However,the sub-sample testing of the regulatory effects of environmental regulations found that the environmental regulations of resource-based cities weakened the promotion of the quality of export products to green total factor productivity.
