摘　　要：生态修复领域引入市场化工具,是解决生态保护与经济发展矛盾、实现社会经济可持续发展的新型环境治理模式。在分析主要资源环境治理模式基础上,论文循着搭建市场交易平台、引入第三方修复机构、规范市场供需交易秩序,设计我国湿地修复市场化治理模式框架,并从湿地占用审批、修复产业培育、生态功能量化评估、交易定价、湿地补偿立法、监管体系完善等方面探析我国建立湿地修复市场化交易急需突破的重点问题。以期为我国湿地修复市场化治理模式构建提供理论参考,并推动湿地保护市场化治理在我国的发展。The introduction of market-oriented tools in the field of ecological restoration is a new model of environmental governance aimed at solving the conflict between ecological protection and economic development in order to realize the sustainable socio-economic development.In its analysis of the main resources and environment on the basis of control mode,this article followed the building market trading platform and introduced a third party to the repair mechanism.It tries to standardize the market supply and demand of trading order,and explore the design of the market governance framework of the wetland restoration area.It also explores the examination and approval of wetland occupation,repair industry development,quantitative evaluation,transaction price,wetland ecological compensation legislation and regulatory system to perfect the market trading analysis so as to establish an urgent solution for wetland restoration.This study is expected to provide theoretical reference and facilitate the development of a marketization management model of wetland restoration and conservation in China.
