摘　　要：针对肢体残障成年用户服装的开发需求,从服装结构适体性、舒适性和美观装饰性等方面综合分析了国内外的研究成果。发现无论从生理还是心理上肢体残障者均对功能服装有需求,但是我国在这方面的研究相对薄弱,尚未形成专业化市场,而国外针对残障人群服装的专门性设计和市场比较成熟。最后从新型服装材料应用、服装设计、市场形成等方面对面向残障人群服装研发的前景进行了展望。According to the needs of clothing development for adults with physical disabilities, the domestic and the international research achievements are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of garment structure fitness, functional comfort and aesthetic decoration. It is found that people with physical or mental disabilities have the demand for functional clothing, but the research in this area is relatively weak in China and has not formed a specialized market, while the specialized design and market of clothing for people with disabilities in foreign countries is relatively mature. Finally, the prospect of clothing research and development for people with disabilities is prospected from the aspects of new clothing material application, clothing design and market formation.
