摘 要:针对当前织物中拆下纱线线密度人工测试方法过程繁琐、耗时长的问题,研制了一种织物中拆下纱线线密度自动检测仪,并将此自动检测仪与人工检测进行比对试验。结果表明:自动检测仪测试比人工测试效率高,数据稳定,操作方便快捷。认为:自动检测仪精度达到设计要求,可实现纱线线密度的自动检测。According to the problem of cumbersome and time-consuming manual testing process for the current testing method of yarn linear density removed from fabric, an automatic tester for yarn linear density removed from fabric is developed. The comparison experiment is carried out between this automatic tester and manual testing. The results show that the test efficiency of the automatic tester is higher than that of the manual test, the data is stable, as well as the operation is convenient and fast. It is considered that the accuracy of the automatic detector can meet the design requirements, realizeing the automatic detection of yarn linear density.
