摘  要:针对高炉喷煤比提高,入炉氢元索量不断增加的状况,Rist操作线计算应考虑氨的影响,通过比较按入炉氢量、按氢利用率及按纵坐标“扣除法”三种加氢操作线的计算方法,认为按纵坐标“扣除法”计算是最接近实际生产的方法。以包钢8号高炉生产操作数据为例,按纵坐标“扣除法”计算加氢操作线,分析了风温、喷煤量、富氧率、鼓风湿度、低磷低硅冶炼等参数变化对包钢8号高炉综合焦比的影响。The hydrogen effect shall be taken into account in Rist operating diagram calculation directing at higher PCI rate and higher hydrogen element in BF.By comparing three Rist diagram algorithms,i.e.the algorithms based on hydrogen element brought to the furnace,hydrogen utilization rate and"balancing method"on vertical coordinate of the diagram,it is suggested the algorithm based on the"balancing method"is the one matching with the actual production condition mostly.Taking the production operating parameter of Baotou Steel No.8 BF as an example,it is analyzed how the change of the parameters(such as blast temperature,PCI rate,oxygen enrichment rate,the parameters of blast humidifying,low phosphorus smelting and low silicon smelting)influences the comprehensive coke rate of the furnace.
