摘  要:京唐3号高炉炉顶工艺技术的进步,主要体现在高炉炉顶装料设备的改进、炉顶装料工艺的改进、炉顶均压煤气回收工艺的改进等方面。3号高炉采用新型分体式并罐无料钟炉顶装料设备,及优化放料顺序、防止料面偏析、控制布料精度等装料改进措施后,高炉的布料稳定性大大提高,为高炉稳定顺行创造了条件。此外,3号高炉还采用了均压煤气强制回收工艺,煤气回收率达到94.3%,减少了污染和浪费。The top technology progress achieved in Shougang Jingtang No.3 BF is manifested mainly by its modified top charging equipment,top charging process,and recovery technology of equalizing top gas.Benefitting from the adoption of the novel parallel hopper type BLT with component drawable individually,optimization of distribution sequence,control of the distribution accuracy and the measures of preventing stock segregation,the furnace achieves much more stable stock distribution,setting the stage for its smooth running.In addition,the forced recovery technology of equalizing top gas used in the furnace operation makes the gas recovery rate hit 94.3%,lessening the gas pollution and resource waste.
