摘  要:对莱钢1880m^(3)高炉喷吹兰炭实践进行了总结。针对燃料变化对炉况带来的影响,通过分析兰炭在高炉内的燃烧行为,并综合利用上部调剂等手段稳定了炉况。实践表明:兰炭作为高炉燃料与原煤没有本质上的区别,能节约煤炭消耗指标;喷吹大粒度兰炭的关键在于保障燃烧率,维持较高的富氧率和风温都是行之有效的措施;中心加焦等措施有利于抑制未燃煤粉对炉况的不利影响。Semi-coke injection operation in Laiwu Steel 1880 m^(3)BF is summarized.Facing the change of BF operation status due to the change of the fuels,an analysis is made on the combustion behavior of semi-coke in the furnace,based on which,optimization is made on burden distribution mode and other operations,which makes the furnace operation status becomes stable.The practice proves that semi-coke,as a BF fuel,is not different from the raw coal fundamentally,and its utilization can reduce coal consumption.While injecting semi-coke of large particle size,it is important to ensure the combustion rate,maintain high rate of oxygen enrichment and high blast temperature;additionally,central coke charging is conducive to overcome the adverse effects of-unbumed pulverized coal on furnace operation.
