摘 要:探讨了吨铁风口耗氧量对高炉炼铁过程中高温区的有效热量消耗、直接还原度、碳素消耗量及氧迁移的影响。认为,随着吨铁风口耗氧量的增加,高炉燃料比上升、面积利用系数下降的主要原因,是由于高温区的有效热量消耗增加的缘故,而不是因为直接还原度上升。吨铁风口耗氧量增加时,由于风口燃烧碳素的增加,操作线的斜率增加,燃料比升高,高炉下部高温区的热量收入大幅度增加。四组高炉生产数据表明,吨铁风口耗氧量由230m^(3)/t增加到330m^(3)/t,高温区的有效热量消耗和高温区排出煤气带走的热量之和,由150000kJ/kg增加到270000kJ/kg。可是,直接还原度反而从53.5%下降至41.0%,直接还原消耗的热量由81000kJ/kg下降到62000kJ/kg,下降幅度完全满足不了消耗的增量。因此,吨铁风口耗氧量在很大程度上决定了燃料比的高低。It is discussed the role of the tuyere oxygen consumption per ton of HM on the oxygen balance,oxygen transfer,carbon distribution and effective heat consumption in high temperature zone during BF ironmaking.When tuyere oxygen consumption per ton of iron increases,it is considered that the rise of fuel rate and drop of utilization coefficient of hearth area are mainly caused by the increase of effective heat consumption in high temperature zone other than the rise of direct reduction rate.As the fuel rate becomes higher,the slope of the operating line ramps down,and the heat input in the high temperature zone of the lower part of the blast furnace surges because of the increase of carbon burning in the tuyere.Four groups of BF production data prove that when tuyere oxygen consumption per ton of iron augments from 230m^(3)/t to 330 m^(3)/t.The sum of the effective heat consumption and the heat taken away by the exhaust gas in the high temperature zone increases from 150000kJ/kg to 270000kJ/kg;however,the direct reduction rate drops from 53.5%to 41.0%,and the heat required by direct reduction drops from 81000 kJ/kg to 62000 kJ/kg.Such a dropping rate cannot match the increase of heat consumption.That is to say the oxygen consumption of the tuyere per ton of iron dominates the fuel rate variation to a great extent.
