摘　　要：开发了一种高炉波纹管伸缩次数检测系统。采用计算机视觉技术,通过在波纹管旁安置摄像头,采集波纹管的工作视频,对视频图像进行处理和运动检测,降低外界噪声和干扰对判定的影响,统计波纹管的伸缩次数,构建波纹管伸缩次数检测系统。为高炉波纹管伸缩次数检测及使用寿命预测提供了一种解决方案,可依据判定规则在波纹管达到疲劳寿命前自动给出报警提示。A kind of system for measuring BF bellows displacement frequency is developed based on computer vision technology.Cameras are installed near the bellows to image the bellows working status,and the acquired images will undergo pro cessing and movement measurement with influence of external noise and interference depressed so as to counter the bellows displacement frequency and build up a corresponding measurement system.This system provides a solution to measure the bellows displacement frequency and service life,and can give an warning automatically before endurance failure of the bellows.
