摘 要:研究了普通硅酸盐水泥对三元固废碱激发胶凝材料的力学性能和水化作用的影响,对不同水泥掺量条件下碱激发胶凝材料砂浆进行了实验,采用多种研究手段对抗压强度、微观结构和水泥基复合胶凝材料的内部氢氧化钙含量进行分析,结果表明,水泥基碱激发胶凝材料的水化产物主要为C-A-S-H凝胶。随着水泥的掺入可以使3d龄期Ca(OH)_(2)含量增长13.04%,7d龄期Ca(OH)_(2)含量增长37.5%,宏观上表示力学性能增强,说明水泥的掺入促进了三元复合碱激发胶凝材料的水化。The effect of ordinary Portland cement on the mechanical properties and hydration of ternary solid waste alkali-activated cementitious materials is studied.Experiments on alkali activated cementitious mortar with different cement content were carried out,and the compressive strength,microstructure and internal calcium hydroxide content of the cement-based composite cementitious material were analyzed.The results show that the hydration products of the cement-based alkali activated cementitious material are mainly C-A-S-H gel composed of SiQ2 structures.With the addition of cement,the content of Ca(OH)_(2) at the age of 3d can increase by 13.04%,and the content of Ca(OH)_(2) at the age of 7d increases by 37.5%,which means that the mechanical properties are enhanced macroscopically,indicating that the addition of cement promotes the hydration of ternary composite alkali-activated cementitious materials.
