摘 要:目前,我国天然气长距离运输的主要方式仍是管道运输。在天然气输配过程中,需对相关管道、场站、阀室的生产及安防数据进行采集、分析、存储,为管网输配调度提供科学依据和手段。因此,为了提高天然气输配的自动化程度,提高生产经营活动中的有效性和安全性,在天然气长输管线管道建设期,必须同步建设其配套SCADA系统,使天然气生产、输配管理更加安全、准确、高效。鉴于此,根据工程实践经验和相关研究文献,结合长输管道的特点,对SCADA系统及各子系统的结构和功能进行分析,对SCADA系统在天然气长输管道的应用与发展进行了研究,对相关新兴技术进行探讨并提出了一些建议,仅供参考。At present,the main mode of long-distance natural gas transportation in our country is still pipeline transportation.In the process of natural gas transmission and distribution,we need to collect,analyze and store the production and security data of relevant pipelines,stations and valve rooms,to provide scientific basis and means for pipeline network transmission,distribution and scheduling.Therefore,in order to improve the automation degree of natural gas transmission and distribution,and improve the effectiveness and safety of production and operation activities,the supporting SCADA system must be built during the construction period of natural gas long-distance pipelines,to make natural gas production,transmission and distribution management safer and more efficient.In view of this,based on the authors engineering practice experience and relevant research literature,combined with the characteristics of long-distance pipelines,this paper analyzes the structure and function of SCADA system and each subsystem,and research the application and development of SCADA system in long-distance natural gas pipelines,discuss emerging technologies and put forward some suggestions,which are for reference only.
