摘　　要：以独山子石化公司中试装置改扩建为背景,首先介绍了Modbus协议,并对CENTUM VP系统中与Modbus通讯相关的硬件、软件组态进行了阐述。针对装置在扩建过程中工艺相应提出的新问题,从问题的提出、分析和方案的制定,实现角度,详细给出了装置改造新增部分相应Modbus通讯实现的过程。结合Modbus协议对Modbus组态表中有关参数的意义、设定及使用场合进行了说明。并且分享了在实践中通过与第三方厂家的沟通以及对Modbus通讯寻址方法进行的深度探讨和拓展,最终解决问题的工作经验,具有广泛的推广价值和现实意义。With the background of pilot plant,introduces Modbus protocol and expounds the hardware and software configuration related to Modbus communication in CENTUM VP system,in view of the new problems raised in the process of the device expansion,from the perspective of the proposal,analysis and implementation of the scheme.The corresponding Modbus communication realization process of the new device transformation is given in detail.The significance,setting and usage of relevant parameters in the Modbus configuration table are explained by the Modbus protocol.It also shared the working experience in solving problems through communication with third-party manufacturers and in-depth discussion and expansion of Modbus communication addressing methods.it has extensive promotion value and practical significance.
