摘  要:应急柴油发电机组作为核电厂的应急安全电源与核安全直接相关。当核电厂的厂用工作电源和辅助电源都发生故障时,可以确保机组安全停堆和防止关键设备损坏。目前,常见的应急柴油发电机组控制保护系统按功能分为安全级和非安全级两部分。安全级广泛采用基于继电器的模拟电路控制;非安全级则采用PLC控制。模拟电路控制存在可靠性低、维护性差,以及自诊断覆盖率低等缺点。另外,PLC属于一般工业控制器,由于缺乏充分的鉴定,存在安全性和稳定性较低等缺点。本文提出了一种基于安全级平台的全数字化柴油机控制保护系统,替代原安全级模拟电路控制以及非安全级的PLC控制,提高了用户维护的便利性以及设备故障的快速定位,同时大大提升了应急柴油发电机组整体可用性和可靠性。本方案已成功应用于大亚湾新增应急柴油机发电机组项目,为后续应急柴油发电机组采用安全级数字化平台提供了更好的借鉴。The emergency diesel generator set is directly related to the nuclear safety as the emergency power source of nuclear power plant.When the on-site power source and auxiliary power source of nuclear power plant fail,it can ensure the safe shutdown of the unit and prevent the damage of key equipment.At present,the common emergency diesel generator control system is divided into two parts:safety level and non-safety level,safety level is widely used in analog circuit control;The non-safe level is controlled by PLC,and the analog circuit control has the shortcomings of low reliability,poor maintainability and low self-diagnosis coverage rate.In addition,PLC belongs to the general industrial controller.Due to the lack of sufficient identification,there are low shortcomings of safety and stability.In this paper,a nuclear level digital control system is proposed to replace the original safety level analog control and the non-safe level controlled by PLC,which improves the convenience of user maintenance and the rapid location of equipment faults,and greatly improves the overall availability and reliability of emergency diesel generator sets.This scheme has been successfully applied to the new emergency diesel generator set project in Daya Bay,which provides a better reference for the subsequent emergency diesel generator set to adopt the safety-grade digital instrument control platform.
