摘  要:研究了一种新型内置齿状凹槽型扭带,并基于ANSYS Fluent软件在Re=800~1600下,对换热管内插入新型齿状凹槽型扭带的传热与阻力特性进行数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,内置不同长径比的齿状凹槽型扭转扭带,换热管的平均Nu、阻力系数、综合性能评价因子(PEC)与场协同数(I)均随着扭带长径比的减小而增大;将不同长径比的齿状凹槽型扭带与传统SK型扭带进行对比研究,齿状凹槽型扭带的PEC与I都要高于传统SK型扭带。A new type of toothed groove twisted tape was studied,and the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the new toothed groove twisted tape inserted into the heat exchange tube were numerically simulated based on ANSYS Fluent software at Re 800-1600.The results show that the average Nu,resistance coefficient,comprehensive performance evaluation factor(PEC)and field synergy number(I)of the heat exchange tube increase with the decrease of length diameter ratio of the twisted tape.Comparing the toothed groove twisted tape with different length diameter ratio with the traditional SK twisted tape,the PEC and I of the toothed groove twisted tape are higher than those of the traditional SK twisted tape.
