摘 要:建立了磨盘内物料流动的三维模型,采用Polyflow软件对物料在磨盘中的研磨流动进行了模拟计算,考察了磨盘转速、磨盘直径和磨盘间隙对磨盘剪切速率、磨盘输送能力、物料在磨盘内停留时间的影响。实验结果表明,磨盘转速越快,越有利于获得较高的剪切速率,但物料停留时间缩短;磨盘直径越大,剪切速率增加,物料的停留时间缩短,增加磨盘直径有利于提高磨盘的研磨能力;磨盘间隙越小越有利于增大磨盘的剪切能力,随着磨盘间隙的减小,磨盘输送能力增加,平均停留时间缩短。A three-dimensional model was established using Polyflow software to simulate the grinding flow of viscous fluid materials in the grinding disc.The effects of rotating speed,grinding disc diameter and grinding disc clearance on the shear rate,conveying capacity and the residence time of materials in the grinding disc were investigated.The results showed that the faster the rotating speed of the grinding disc is,the higher the shear rate is,but the residence time of the material became shorter.The larger the diameter of the grinding disc is,the higher the shear rate and the shorter the residence time of the material is.Increasing the diameter of the grinding disc is beneficial to improve the grinding ability of the grinding disc.The smaller the grinding disc clearance is,the more conducive it is to increase the shear capacity of the grinding disc.With the reduction of the clearance,the conveying capacity of the grinding disc increased and the average residence time decreased.
