摘 要:将聚丙烯酰胺微球(PCB)与疏水缔合聚合物KYPAM-6S复配得到非均相复合体系。研究了复合体系中PCB与KYPAM-6S的最佳配比;在注入体积0.3 PV、注入质量浓度为3000 mg/L时,探究了复合体系相对单一体系在非均质油藏的调驱性能。实验结果表明,1500 mg/L PCB+1500 mg/L KYPAM-6S的复合体系在高剪切速率下稳定性好,且黏弹性最高,为最佳配比;相对于单独的PCB和KYPAM-6S,复合体系在非均质岩心中能够建立较强的渗流阻力,提高低渗岩心原油的动用程度,使低渗岩心提高采收率19.25%,说明PCB/KYPAM-6S复合体系在非均质油藏中的适用性更强。A heterogeneous composite system was obtained by compounding polyacrylamide microspheres(PCB)and hydrophobically associating polymer KYPAM-6S.The optimal ratio of PCB to KYPAM-6S was studied.When the injection volume of the composite system was 0.3 PV and the injection mass concentration was 3000 mg/L,the control and flooding performance of the composite system compared with the single system in heterogeneous oil reservoirs was explored.The experimental results show that the optimal composite system of 1500 mg/L PCB+1500 mg/L KYPAM-6S exhibited good stability under high shear rate conditions and highest viscoelasticity.Compared to single PCB or KYPAM-6S,the composite system could establish strong seepage resistance in heterogeneous cores,improve the production degree of crude oil in low-permeability cores,and increase the recovery rate of low-permeability cores by 19.25%,indicating that the PCB/KYPAM-6S composite system had better applicability in heterogeneous reservoirs.
