摘  要:近年来国内丙烯工业发展迅速,尤其是新兴工艺产能增长迅猛,丙烷脱氢成为未来丙烯扩能的主要方向。丙烷脱氢工艺有着原料单一、流程短、丙烯收率高、投资成本低、经济性高等优势,近年来获得快速发展。综述了国内外主要的丙烷脱氢工艺,并分析了各个技术的主要特点和发展现状。In recent years,the propylene industry in China developed rapidly.In particular,the capacity of emerging processes kept a rapid increasing trend.Propane dehydrogenation(PDH)has become the main direction of propylene capacity expansion in the future.The PDH process has the advantages of single raw material,short process,high propylene yield,low investment cost and high economy,which has developed rapidly in recent years.The major PDH processes at home and abroad were reviewed,and the main characteristics and development status of each technology were also analyzed.
