浅谈厥阴中风与《千金》前胡汤

摘　　要：旨在整理分析厥阴中风的病脉证治。从病机与处方角度出发,与柴胡桂枝汤的比较中挖掘分析《千金》前胡汤,发现两者病机相似,组方结构一致,药物组成雷同。即是两方方证对应,病机符合。进而明确厥阴中风的病机为中焦胃虚,水饮停积,三焦不利,上热下寒,兼有表上营卫不和,其与少阳中风皆为半表半里之病而有偏阴偏阳之别。This paper aims at sorting out and analyzing the pulse,syndrome and treatment of Jueyin wind stroke.From the perspective of pathogenesis and prescriptions,Qianhu tang in Qianjin is excavated and analyzed in the comparison with Chaihu Guizhi tang.It is found that their pathogenesis is similar,and their formula structure and drug compositions are the same.That is,the two prescriptions correspond to each other and their pathogenesis is consistent.Furthermore,it is clear that the pathogenesis of Jueyin wind stroke is stomach deficiency in the middle jiao,retention of water and fluid,dysfunction in sanjiao,upper heat and lower cold,and disharmony between ying and wei qi.Jueyin wind stroke and shaoyang wind stroke are both half-exterior half-interior diseases,but have differences in abnormal exuberance of yin or yang.
