葛根素注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗瘀血内阻型原发性高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗瘀血内阻型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取60例原发性高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予葛根素注射液治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组血压、中医证候评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组头痛如刺、胸闷、心悸、手足麻木评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组头痛如刺、胸闷、心悸、手足麻木评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗瘀血内阻型原发性高血压疗效较好,能有效控制血压,改善临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of puerarin injection combined with irbesartan on primary hypertension of type of static blood obstructing the internal.Methods:A total of 60 patients with primary hypertension were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was additionally treated with puerarin injection based on the treatment of control group.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The blood pressure,Chinese medicine syndrome scores and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of 24 h mean systolic blood pressure and 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of stabbing headache,chest oppression,palpitation and numbness of hands and feet in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group,higher than that of 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of puerarin injection combined with irbesartan has a great therapeutic effect on the treatment of primary hypertension of type of static blood obstructing the internal,which can effectively control blood pressure and improve clinical symptoms.
