百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效。方法:选取90例CGN患者,根据随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予缬沙坦分散片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予百令胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗8周。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后肾功能指标、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、可溶性血管内皮细胞生长因子受体-1(sFIt-1)、重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)水平,记录不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率91.1%,高于对照组75.6%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肾小球滤过率(eGFR)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组eGFR高于对照组(P<0.05),24 h尿蛋白定量、BUN、SCr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-17、s FIt-1水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),血清t-PA水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-17、sFIt-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),血清t-PA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗CGN疗效较好,可有效改善患者的肾功能,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bailing capsules combined with valsartan for chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods:A total of 90 cases of CGN patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan dispersible tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bailing capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for eight weeks continuously.The indexes of kidney function and the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1(sFlt-1)and tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)before and after treatment and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 91.1%in the observation group,higher than that of 75.6%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the estimated glomerular filtration rates(eGFR)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of 24-hour urine protein,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)were decreased(P<0.05);eGFR in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of 24-hour urine protein,BUN and SCr were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17 and sFIt-1in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the t-PA levels in serum were increased(P<0.05);the levels of IL-17 and sFIt-1 in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and t-PA level in serum was higher(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:Bailing capsules combined with valsartan has a good curative effect in treating CGN,which can effectively improve kidney function with high safety.
